1. How do I order shirts?

To order shirts, just click 'add to basket' icon and proceed with the next step. You can pay via Paypal for credit
card holders for international customers and Smart Money for Philippine customers. Philippine customers can also
pay via Paypal. No need to worry about foreign exchange conversion as Paypal can now pay in Philippine 
currency which is Pesos.

2. Do I need to fill up using my real name and other personal infos?

Yes, we do encourage you to fill up using your real name, address and phone or mobile numbers as well as e-mail address, most importantly because after we receive your order through our system, we will immediately process your order and should there be a problem then we can contact you through the details you provided us. We do not collect numbers and addresses for future telemarketing or advertising campaigns. Hence, the infos shall only be stored in our database for ordering purposes.

3. How does the ordering start if I haven't sent you my MASTERCARD or VISA CARD account number? What are the payment options?

We do not handle MasterCard or VISA Card or any other credit card direct transactions as well as ATM payments due to online fraud and security risk. But due to Paypal, credit card holders and supported banks can now pay via Paypal from and outside the Philippines. Ordering starts upon succesful receipt of Paypal payment and SmartMoney remittance. For SmartMoney the transaction reference number should be sent to us via text message or SMS and the process starts for delivery. Upon ordering and submitting the form our shopping website, you will receive an e-mail containing a confirmation letter about your order other details. We only have 2 modes of payment online and via mobile:

a. Paypal for Local and International customers (online)
b. Smart Money for Philippine Customers (mobile)

If you do not have a Paypal account, signing is in free by visiting Paypal's website. If you do not have a SmartMoney account, you can get it by reading the information through SmartMoney's website.

4. Will my money be safe? Is it on installment basis, COD (cash on delivery) or payment prior to shipment?

Yes your money is safe with us when you have done any of the payment options for your ordered shirt/s. No, we do not do installment and COD. Payment of orders are done before receiving the item/s. In other words payment is done to us prior to shipment of item/s.

5. How do you send us the shirt/s?

Our freight carrier is LBC Philippines for local deliveries. There are various LBC outlets nationwide. We do not have any tie-ups or business partnership with LBC as we are a charitable organization. We just use LBC as our mode of shipment. For international customers we deliver via regular registered mail through local post.

6. How long does it take before our shirt/s arrive in our address?

It only takes the next day or evening, depending on the time the shirt/s is/are sent. The origin is Manila and LBC delivers nationwide. For international orders delivery is within 10-12 days depending on destination.

7. Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we do accept international orders. But, we do not ship them through LBC, we will arrange with you for the freight carrier as we would know first which would be available in the Philippines and in your country.

8. How about bulk orders? Are there discounts? Are there other payment options? Could we settle for installment basis instead?

For our online orders, yes we do accept bulk orders as well but we do not give it on installment basis. However for some cases we can discuss. Yes, there would be discounts.

9. How is the freight rate computed?

The total freight rate as shown on the pop-up window of each shirt design page is computed based on actual LBC freight rate from Tagaytay to destination point and our handling fee.

10. What if my order did not arrive?

Rest assured all orders will arrive since payment has been made already and we will give you the tracking number from LBC which we get after sending your order.

11. You said that this is for charity? Where will the proceeds go?

Considering our very affordable shirts prices but very good quality of design and shirt, this is for charity. The proceeds will go to the out of school youth working for FAVOLA printing and their families, and the families of PAG-ASA Social Center.
