1. How do I order the shirts?
To order, simply click any shirt that you like, select the size and the color and click the ‘add to basket’ icon. Then click next button and you can also edit the quantities of the shirt. If you wish to add another design just simply browse through the site and choose the ones you like and they are automatically added to your shopping basket. Should you change your mind you can delete those you do not like before you check out to proceed with the payment. If you close the browser and haven’t filled up the form or finalized your payment, your basket details remain on the website the next time you visit the site. But you are not yet debited for that.
2. Do I need to fill up the Order Form using my personal details?
Yes, we do encourage you to fill up using your real name, address and phone or mobile numbers as well as e-mail address, most importantly because after we receive your order through our system, we will immediately process your order and should there be a problem then we can contact you through the details you provided us. We will also mail your shirt/s using the details you provided. We do not collect numbers and addresses for future telemarketing or advertising campaigns. Hence, the infos shall only be stored in our database for ordering purposes.
3. What are the payment options?
We use Paypal and SmartMoney Card. Paypal is applicable for Philippine and international customers. SmartMoney is only for Philippine customers.
For Paypal users:
- Simply fill up our order form choose the corresponding mailing option that is right for you under ‘Credit Card via Paypal’ then check the ‘ordered products’ summary and click ‘send to order’ button.
- You will then be transported to paypal website.
- Please be advised that if you are using credit card and not your Paypal balance to pay for the shirts, the fee should be shouldered by you and not by Favola Shirts.
For SmarMoney Card users:
- Simply fill up our order form choose the corresponding mailing option that is right for you under ‘Smart Money Padala’ then check the ‘ordered products’ summary and click ‘send to order’ button.
- You will then see a small box bearing the SmartMoney card number to where you would transfer the payment. The SmartMoney card number is 5577-5175-8631-7112. Make sure that you send the reference number of your transaction through SMS to mobile number 0917-8134376

4. How do you send the shirts to the customers?
We send the shirts through LBC, a local courier service for any customers in the Philippines.
For international customers we send using the Local Post Office. For international, we send orders through the Local Post using regular mail which is registered.
5. How soon do I get my orders?
As soon as we received the payment from you either from Paypal or SmartMoney, you will receive an e-mail from us that your order is being processed already. If you placed an order today and also paid it within the day, your order will be sent to LBC the next day or to Local Post the next business day as the Local Post only operates from Monday to Friday. Should we require further re-checking of your orders we will contact you first before sending the item/s which might consume a day or two.
For local orders, through LBC you get it the day after we have sent it. We will also e-mail you the tracking number.
For international orders, through Local Post, you get it in 2 weeks but depending on destinations sometimes 3 weeks maximum. We will also e-mail you the receipt, and or the tracking receipt and any proof we would get from the Local Post.
6. Are there any other fees covered in your postage/delivery fees?
Yes, we have included a minimal handling fee which will cover the transportation and mailing package for international orders. Though the postage fees seem high for international orders, we are transparent enough to return or refund to the buyer immediately the payment if the Local Post would determine the orders suitable for a lower type of delivery (e.g., as parcel, airmail, package) If this happens, we will then refund to you the full amount of the delivery asap and send you a recomputation of lower fees and you send us a new payment for your international order delivery.
7. Do you do meet-ups for local customers especially if placing a large order?
We do not do meet-ups at the moment. Should you have huge orders to be delivered within Metro Manila, we will see what we can do with it and you can send us an e-mail through kentrockie@yahoo.com
8. What if an order did not arrive to the customer?
Rest assured all orders will arrive since payment has been made already and we will give you the tracking number from LBC which we get after sending your order. The same goes for international orders, that’s why we make sure all orders going out for international customers are sent in registered mails. Registered, meaning they are listed and can be traced. 9. You said this is for charity, where do the proceeds go?
Considering the affordable prices of our shirts but very good quality of design and shirt material, this is really for charity. The proceeds automatically and immediately go to the Pag-asa Social Center Foundation Inc. in Tagaytay City, Cavite, Philippines. The Foundation supports and provides for the out-of school youth working for FAVOLA printing including their families. It also takes care of 500+ dependents consisting of children and young adults in Tagaytay City. So, in buying our shirts, you strike three. One, you help promote the country’s tourism. Two, you patronize the works of the out-of-school youth. And lastly, three, you help the foundation.
